Act of Spiritual Communion
While many aspects of life have come to a standstill, the work of our diocesan ministries continue as we strive to bring Christ's love and compassion to those who rely on our guidance assistance.
- The sick and homebound continue to receive spiritual support and information over the phone from the Archdiocese's Faith Community Nurses and Chaplains.
- Our Pregnancy Help centers continue to provide resources and assistance for women facing crisis pregnancies.
- Those suffering from addiction still need support and guidance, and many have greater need for counseling and spiritual support during this time of heightened anxiety.
- And, now more than ever, our parishes and schools have come to rely on the expertise and support from Central Ministries. These ministries and offices have worked tirelessly with all parishes to secure government funding, provided us with guidance, resources, and supplies to safely restart Mass, and offered webinars and tools to maintain our virtual connections so that we can continue our evangelization efforts.
The Annual Catholic Appeal funds the ministries that provide these resources as well as many others that enable us to continue tending to the spiritual needs of our parishioners and serving our brothers and sisters most in need during this pandemic. Just as our parish has continued it's work during these challenging times, adapting and adjusting to the crisis, so too have the ministries funded through your support of the Catholic Appeal.
Our participation as a parish is so important to the success of our parish campaign and the Catholic Appeal overall. If you are able, I ask that you show your support by making a gift today. Every gift makes a meaningful difference, and your participation is very much appreciated.
If you have already donated to the Catholic Appeal. Thank you. Especially during these difficult times, your support helps those served by our ministries.
Our parish is blessed to have such wonderful and supportive parishioners like you. May God continue to bless you and all whom you hold dear. To learn more about the Catholic Appeal visit www.bostoncatholicappeal.org

My Dear Friends
Thank you for your ongoing support of our parish, especially during these difficult days of the pandemic. Thank you also for your ongoing financial support. We are especially grateful for your generous help during the initial phase of the 90-Days Now - For Your Parish initiative.
As you know, 90-Days Now encourages parishioners to rally around their own parish or another parish of their choice by making a special daily offertory commitment for the next 90 days. This effort is intended to supplement weekly offertory gifts, given the challenges of the current crisis. In Phase 1, the program raised more than $450.000 for 236 parishes.
As we launch phase 2 of the program, a generous anonymous benefactor has stepped forward to pledge a match gift when the overall campaign reaches $700,000. Thank you to all those who gave to the program, and to all who may give again to continue support and help reach the match.
Should you choose to join in the effort for Phase 2, the Archdiocese has created an easy-to-use link to donate. ALL FUNDS GO DIRECTLY TO OUR PARISH. The link is available by going to:
We understand many individuals and families may not be able to contribute to this special offertory collection given the economic impact this pandemic has had on your personal finances. We remain extremely grateful for your prayers of support for our parish family.
